Return/Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy

This Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy sets forth the return/refund and cancellation policies for SUPER LUTEIN or IZUMIO or MIRTO+ products.Preferred Customers may return products purchased from NPUSA within 30 days from the date of purchase if in resalable condition, and may obtain a 100% of the product purchase price refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Shipping costs for returned items shall be borne by Preferred Customers. Refund payments will be made within thirty days of actual receipt of returned items. Prior to returning refundable items Preferred Customers must contact NPUSA and obtain a valid Return Authorization Number (RAID) pertaining to any products to be returned. Sales materials and services delivered over the Internet, or by other digital methods are not capable of being returned to NPUSA and are not subject to refund. NPUSA will honor refund requirements at variance with this paragraph as specified by state or federal law.

Preferred Customers who have resigned (cancelled his/her membership) may re-apply to become a Preferred Customer with Naturally Plus after 6 months. A purchase made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original account. Please note delivery fees are not refundable once the order has shipped. Items returned to NPUSA must be in good and resalable condition.
